11th ICSI National Award 2011 on Dec 3
Hyderabad: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will organize the "ICSI National Award for Excellence in Corporate Governance" Award function for the year 2011 on Friday, December 23, 2011. The timing or the award function will be between 4.00pm to 6.00pm at The Grand Ballroom, Taj Krishna, Hyderabad.

This is indeed the Eleventh consecutive Award to be conferred on companies for promoting the cause of good Corporate Governance. The award will be presented to the two best governed companies. Other awards including Life Time Achievement Award will also be presented.

A panel discussion on topics "Are Markets Indifferent to CSR/Sustainability Initiatives " and "Diversity in Boardrooms" will also be held in the award ceremony.

Dr. M Veerappa Moily, Hon'ble Union Minister for Corporate Affairs will preside the occasion as a Guest of Honour while E S L Narasimhan, Governor, Andhra Pradesh has been invited as the Chief Guest.
