Hyderabad: The National Institute of Tourism & Hospitality Management (NITHM) has come out with its notification for admission to the two-year full-time MBA in Tourism & Hospitability Management programme.

The minimum eligibility criteria for admission to the course is 50 percent marks in any degree recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) or Association of India Universities (AIU), with a 5 percent relaxation for SC/ST candidates.

Applicants shall fill up the application form available from the prospectus by paying Rs.500 (Rs.125 in case of SC/ST candidates only if their parents' income is below Rs.50,920 p.a. supported by an MRO Certificate) or by post through a request attached by a demand draft for Rs.500/- drawn in favour of NITHM, Hyderabad along with a self-addressed envelope.

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their graduation marks; all India / State level management entrance test scores or by the NITHM Tourism & Hospitality Aptitude Test which is then followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

The last date for the sale and receipt of completed application forms is July 21, 2008.
