Patna: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) announced the Matriculation (Class 10) Examination Results 2011 on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at around 6 PM.

Students flocked on to the website of the Bihar Board for the results, which resulted in the eventual crashing of the Board's servers and students were left stranded and looking from pillar to post for their results.

Two websites which were able to handle the result traffic and make available the results to the students were www.ExamResults.net and www.Results.BiharEducation.net

The websites made the results live to the pubic at around 6.30 PM and since then has received over 3 million hits for the results.

"We have received over 2000 telephonic calls from students, cyber cafes and parents asking about the results and we have readily answered them. The calls kept coming all night. We setup a special helpline to entertain such calls", said Mr. Rahul Jalan, Director of the National Network of Education (NNE) - www.ExamResults.net and www.Results.BiharEducation.net
