CLAT 2008 results today

New Delhi: The results of the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) conducted on 11th May, 2008 will be declared today i.e. 17th May, 2008, Prof. A. Jayagovind, convener of CLAT 2008, informed.

The results link will be available through www.ExamResults.net.

Prof. Jayagovind also informed that there will be no cut-off and every student will be ranked on the basis of the admission test results.

The merit list will only have ranks of all the candidates. The allocation of institute on the basis of preferences made by selected candidates will be declared later.

Till last year, separate entrance tests were conducted by all the National Law Universities (NLUs). However with a Supreme Court direction, a common admission test for admission to all the NLUs was conducted this year.

Over 13,000 students appeared for the first-ever common admission test for admission to the five year integrated LLB course at the NLUs located in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Bhopal, Raipur, Jodhpur, Lucknow, Patiala, Gandhinagar, Patna and Kolkata.
