UPSC to conduct Geologists Exam 2009 on December 5
New Delhi: Commencing on December 5, 2009, the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will conduct the Geologists' Examination, 2009 at 29 centres throughout the country.

Admission Certificates to the candidates have already been dispatched while the letters of rejection citing reason(s) for rejection have also been issued.

"If any applicant has not received any of the above communications, he/she may contact UPSC Facilitation Counter on Telephone number 011-23381125, 011-23385271 and 011-23098543 during working hours. The Candidates may also send fax messages on fax number 011-23387310. Detailed venue information, in respect of all admitted candidates is available at the UPSC's website," said a UPSC official.

The candidates who have not received the Admission Certificates may download the venue information from the UPSC's website and use it for appearing in the examination.

Such candidates should carry two photographs and proof of identity such as Identity Card, Election Identity Card, Driving License etc. otherwise they may not be allowed to take the examination.
