New Delhi: Here is good news for students appearing for entrance exams at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). The Jawaharlal Nehru University Students' Union (JNUSU) will organize free coaching classes for aspirants this year.
According to Avdhesh from the All India Students' Association (AISA), "The coaching classes are conducted to prepare students for what they are going to face in the entrance test. These classes are especially designed for students coming from deprived backgrounds".
He further added, "We enroll the maximum number of students we can accommodate. It is a good experience for students belonging to different backgrounds to interact with the other students present in the class. They intend to learn a lot. We have requested senior students of the university to spare some time out of their busy schedule and help these students."
Adarsh, who is to take an entrance test at JNU, praised the students' support and said, "JNU students have been very helpful. Seniors from the school of languages have helped me out in a lot of ways".
