Azim Premji University conducting Entrance Test for MA Programmes
Bangalore: Azim Premji University invites applications from teachers, working professionals and fresh graduates for admission to the Master Programmes in Education, Development and Teacher Education 2012-14. The Entrance Test will be conducted on February 26, 2012 (Sunday) across 28 centres across India.

Candidates with Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably with work experience are eligible for appearing in M.A. (Education) and M.A. (Development) Exams.

To apply for Master's in Teacher Education, candidates should be holding Master's Degree in any discipline with a professional teaching certificate (B.Ed., B.EL.Ed, D.ED or equivalent). Besides this, should have a minimum of two years of experience of teaching at School or Pre-University levels.

Aspirants can apply online or send the University a request letter with their name, contact number and address written on it, enclosed in a self-addressed envelope.

Selection will be based on performance in both written test as well as interview after examining candidate's analytical ability, proficiency in English, knowledge of relevant subject, general and social awareness.
