New Delhi: The Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) Test is a common and mandatory written test for the admission to all the Post-Graduate Institutes of Symbiosis International University. Over the years, the name Symbiosis has grown from strength to strength and has evolved to become a pioneer institute in the field of education.

SIU runs 17 Post Graduate programs in streams ranging from Healthcare, Media, Computer Science, Business Management, to Telecom & Geo-informatics across four cities, namely, Pune, Nashik, Bengaluru and Noida.

SNAP will be held on December 18, 2011. The registrations for SNAP opened in end of August and will close on November 23, 2011. However, it is only the first step. After the results are declared on January 12, 2012 a candidate has to undergo the selection process of the desired Institute to qualify for the admission to the Post-Graduate programme of that Institute.

SIU has taken many steps to ensure that the queries of young aspirants are answered promptly. It has initiated a mobile website (m.snaptest.org) that gives aspirants the exclusive ability to surf for SNAP 2011 related content via mobile. Maintaining its focus on social media, the Youtube Channel (www.youtube.com/user/SymbiosisSNAP) has been active for over a year where SNAP aspirants can get an inside glimpse of life at Symbiosis. The SNAP presence on Facebook (www.facebook.com/Symbiosis.SNAP) is already creating content and interaction with those who desire to register and prepare for the test. SNAP has even taken to Twitter this year (Twitter: @SNAPSIU).

University continues to bridge the divide between the campus and the aspirants by connecting its institute Directors to speak with those seeking admission to SIU via a platform called the 'Directors' Forum' (www.symbiosisdirectors.com)

The interactive domain saw huge traction last time since it helped people get direct access to the top minds at Symbiosis International University. The platform has directors answering questions about the institute's courses, placements, academic background, and affiliate programs.
