New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started the registration for AIPMT 2012 - All India Pre-Medical and Pre-Dental Entrance Preliminary Examination for admission to 15% of the total seats in Medical from December 26, 2012.
Candidates should be Indian national with not less than 17 years and more than 25 years of age as on December 31, 2012. However, the upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC, ST and OBCs.
He/she should have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually with at least 50% marks taken together. SC, ST and OBCs are eligible with 40% marks.
The last date for submission of forms without late fee is January 25, 2012. However, forms can be submitted with late fee of Rs.500/- by February 8, 2012 and with late fee of Rs.1000/- , till February 24, 2012.
The Preliminary examination will be conducted on April 1, 2012 while the Final examination is scheduled on May 13, 2012.
