New Delhi: The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) will conduct the 17th AIEEA - UG 2012 and AIEEA - PG 2012 for 100% seats at ICAR Deemed Universities on April 14, 2012 and April 15, 2012, respectively.
The examination does not include admission to Bachelor Degree Programmes in Veterinary Sciences. Bachelor Degree will only be offered at NDRI Karnal while Master Degrees are available at IVRI, IARI, NDRI and CIFE.
A candidate having at least 50% marks at 10+2 level with age between 17 and 23 years as on August 31, 2012 can appear for AIEEA - UG. For AIEEA - PG, candidates must be holding a Bachelor's Degree in one of the required subjects, and he/she should not be less than 19 years of age as on August 31, 2012.
There are some concessions for SC/ST, OBCs, Physically Handicapped, and UPS category candidates.
The last date for the receipt of application forms is February 15, 2012. However, candidates belonging to certain remote areas like Manipur, Nagaland, Assam, and many others, can submit the forms till February 22, 2012.
