Govt announces fellowship for minority students
New Delhi: On the recommendations of the University Grants Commission (UGC), the Ministry of Minority Affairs (MOMA) has offered a scholarship to facilitate minority students to pursue higher education such as Mphil and PhD in colleges recognized by the UGC.

Around 30pc of these annual scholarships have been allocated for girl students.

These can be extended to boys in case enough girls do not apply.

The scheme implemented by the ministry that will cover almost all the universities recognized by the UGC.
