IGNOU releases awareness module on disability

New Delhi: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has released an awareness module to create awareness among its learners about the potential and abilities of person with disabilities.

Prof. V. N. Rajasekharan Pillai, Vice-Chancellor IGNOU, released the module.

The module comprises 13 units, will be helpful for readers to know the needs of persons with disabilities and their potential and abilities to contribute to society.

The module will also provide information on emotional and behavioural disorder, autism and learning disabilities.
