Uttar Pradesh to open 70 engineering, management colleges

Uttar Pradesh to open 70 engineering, management colleges

Lucknow: Over 70 engineering and management colleges will be set up in Uttar Pradesh, an official said on Saturday.

These institutes would be affiliated to the Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), Lucknow.

Among the places the colleges are likely to be set up include Lucknow, Noida, Kanpur, Ghaziabad and Allahabad, said UPTU registrar U.S. Tomer.

More than 260 technical institutes are now affiliated to UPTU. IANS
